About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions across product and service projects.
- Define and enforce best coding practices, design patterns, and quality standards for the engineering team.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7–10 years of hands‑on software development experience, with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java or .NET, cloud platforms (AWS), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
