Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow GRC and Custom Application Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, as well as creating custom applications tailored to our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- GRC Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy Management, Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
- Custom Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to address specific business requirements.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications and solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices before deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing GRC applications and custom solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Training & Mentoring: Offer training and guidance to end-users and junior developers to foster a strong understanding of GRC processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in GRC and custom applications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for custom application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integration tools (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of ITIL, risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or GRC certifications are a plus.
