Lead iOS development as a Technical Lead, driving best practices, coding standards, and high‑quality Swift/Objective‑C mobile applications using Xcode and Cocoa Touch within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to iOS development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable native iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Champion Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to deliver incremental value.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and unit testing to maintain code quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of iOS development experience with deep expertise in Swift and Objective‑C.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering production‑ready mobile apps.
- Strong knowledge of Xcode, Cocoa Touch, and iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
