About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high‑performance mobile applications with .NET MAUI and Xamarin across iOS and Android platforms.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, mentoring developers, setting coding standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration to maintain rapid release cycles.
- Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, with deep expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, and C#.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering production‑ready mobile solutions.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and dependency injection.
- Experience with Azure services, RESTful APIs, and mobile data synchronization.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an agile environment.
