About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop, and deploy data‑intensive solutions directly at client sites.
- Architect scalable cloud‑native platforms (AWS/Azure) and integrate machine‑learning models into production workflows.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and continuous delivery practices to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous reviews, testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience with Python and Java, plus proven cloud architecture expertise.
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
