Lead a cross‑functional team to design, evaluate, and scale Level 4 autonomy solutions, driving innovation in perception, planning, and safety across diverse vehicle platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end autonomy evaluation pipelines, integrating perception, planning, and control modules.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists to develop robust sensor fusion and machine‑learning models.
- Define and implement metrics, test scenarios, and validation frameworks for Level 4 autonomy across multiple vehicle types.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and safety teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of simulation, data collection, and model training workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in autonomous vehicle software development, with a strong background in machine learning and sensor fusion.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, and experience with ROS or similar middleware.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large, cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of safety‑critical systems and regulatory requirements for autonomous driving.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule.
