About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi‑disciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Architect and design scalable, cloud‑native solutions, selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning) and enforce best practices in backlog grooming, estimation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing to accelerate release cycles and improve reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong background in architecture and design.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
