Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end development of secure, high‑performance systems for intelligence and national security clients.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimizing for security, reliability, and cost.
- Integrate machine learning models into operational workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on security‑critical applications.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for system development and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in real‑world systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor junior engineers.
