About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of high‑performance Java web applications and microservices.
- Mentor and manage a cross‑functional development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for continuous delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain application reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Deep expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and team leadership.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
