Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of IBM i/AS400 applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IBM i/AS400 development, with strong expertise in RPG and SQL.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks for integration and modernization projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor junior developers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
