Engineering Manager
Technical Lead responsible for designing and building enterprise application components, driving AI‑first solutions, implementing integration and mass‑API workflows, and shaping data architecture within a cloud‑focused environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise application components for initial delivery and subsequent iterations.
- Apply an AI‑first mindset to embed AI‑enabled workflows and automation into solution delivery.
- Implement and optimize integration patterns and high‑volume API workflows to connect disparate systems and orchestrate end‑to‑end processes.
- Lead the creation of data architecture, including database design, data modeling, and governance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with cloud best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale applications, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong background in AI/ML concepts and practical implementation of AI‑driven automation.
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and mass‑API orchestration.
- Expertise in data architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
