Lead the design and delivery of a fashion‑tech SaaS platform, driving full‑stack engineering, product strategy, and scalable cloud infrastructure for bespoke clothing businesses.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end features for a cloud‑native SaaS platform using Node.js, React, and AWS services.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (Docker) to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across multi‑tenant environments.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in full‑stack web technologies.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling SaaS products, preferably in a B2B or fashion‑tech context.
- Hands‑on expertise with Node.js, React, AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda), Docker, and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering high‑quality code in fast‑paced environments.
