Engineering Manager
Lead a small team of developers to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks, while driving technical strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable .NET backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive front‑end interfaces with Vue.js, React, or Angular based on project needs.
- Collaborate with data teams to design and implement ETL pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of 4–6 developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
- Own delivery timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with deep expertise in .NET and at least one modern JavaScript framework.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure App Services deployment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of ETL processes, Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
