About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for next‑generation AI‑enabled XR training products.
- Architect and implement scalable full‑stack solutions using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate Unity‑based virtual reality experiences with AI services and cloud back‑ends.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate requirements into robust, performant features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership of full‑stack teams.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python, with hands‑on experience building RESTful APIs and real‑time services.
- Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning model integration and deployment on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Experience developing immersive XR applications using Unity and integrating them with backend systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
