About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust embedded firmware using Embedded C for sensor‑driven applications.
- Design and implement BLE communication stacks and feedback logic to meet performance and reliability targets.
- Establish coding standards, review code, and enforce best practices across the firmware team.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate sensors and validate firmware functionality.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, and promote continuous skill development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience, with deep expertise in Embedded C.
- Proven track record designing BLE modules and sensor integration for real‑time systems.
- Strong understanding of firmware architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
