Technical Lead driving design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Core HR solutions, leading a cross‑functional team, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems using Java, SQL, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain Workday Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Lead a team of developers and analysts, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Design and implement integrations between Workday and external systems using cloud services, APIs, Java, and SQL.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Core HR, with a strong understanding of HRIS concepts.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and cloud integration platforms (e.g., Workday Studio, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to design end‑to‑end integration architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
