- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and Java.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of performance tuning, security best practices, and cloud deployment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
