About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high‑performance backend services on AWS using Node.js.
- Write core backend code (≈75% of time) and establish robust integration patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with asynchronous programming in Node.js.
- Strong background in AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
