Engineering Manager
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑powered agentic solutions, building autonomous multi‑agent systems that plan, reason, and execute tasks using Python and advanced RAG pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents on the Aisera platform and comparable toolsets to automate client workflows.
- Design and implement autonomous, multi‑agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool selection, and task execution.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines, function/tool calling, memory and context management, and agent orchestration layers.
- Integrate agents with existing applications, APIs, and data sources to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building AI/ML pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks, RAG, and tool‑calling mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of autonomous system design, planning, and reasoning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
