About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of cloud‑native applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response for production systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Python and Node.js.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda) and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading technical teams.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
