Lead cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, driving automation, reliability, and cost efficiency using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile framework.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, from requirements gathering to production rollout.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to design scalable, highly available architectures on AWS.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring performance, cost, and reliability metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
