Software Engineer
Technical Implementation & Support Engineer responsible for deploying, integrating, and maintaining cloud‑based medical imaging software for hospitals across APAC, working closely with IT teams and clinicians using Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and healthcare data standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the company’s AI‑driven stroke‑care platform in APAC hospitals, including network configuration, cloud provisioning, and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with hospital IT staff and clinicians to gather requirements, map workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems such as PACS, EMR, HL7, and FHIR.
- Provide tier‑2 technical support, troubleshoot deployment issues, and deliver on‑site or remote training to guarantee reliable operation and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python) and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable, scalable deployments on AWS.
- Document implementation procedures, create knowledge‑base articles, and feed customer feedback into product improvement cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience in cloud‑based software deployment and support.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and medical imaging workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build trust with technical and clinical stakeholders, and willingness to travel within the APAC region.
