Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure P2PE payment terminals across client sites, ensuring adherence to security standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking components that support terminal connectivity.
- Generate detailed installation and compliance reports using Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve deployment processes.
- Document procedures and update knowledge base for internal and client use.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and terminal connectivity.
- Experience with P2PE (Point‑to‑Point Encryption) payment terminal configuration and compliance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
