Job description
Lead tomorrows Technical Engineers
We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of our Technical Engineering Apprenticeship from its second year. This will include determining content, arranging placements and trips, and ensuring that all apprentices are ready for their end point assessment (EPA). You will work closely with the Service Skills & Training Manager.
You will also be responsible for line managing apprentices, regularly reviewing their progress and offering pastoral support. Plus, youll be proactive in identifying their development needs and helping them to improve. You will work with colleagues in E&O, UKNACE and Global Services to find the right placements for apprentices.
