Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender packages for civil infrastructure projects.
- Review, organize, and validate tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs received from clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant documentation for project approvals.
- Provide technical support during bid evaluation, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and contractors.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project records, ensuring all documentation aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5‑10+ years of experience in estimation and tendering for civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in BOQ preparation, drawing interpretation, and construction documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
