About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender packages for railway projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review, organize, and validate tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Compile and present technical submissions, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans, to support bid evaluation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align technical requirements and resolve issues during the tendering process.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of railway industry standards, codes, and best practices to enhance proposal quality.
Requirements
