About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end‑to‑end engineering activities, from research and concept development through design, testing, and evaluation of electromechanical systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply advanced engineering principles and emerging technologies to solve highly complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and supervise multidisciplinary teams, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between product, hardware, software, and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing engineering tasks, schedules, and execution for complex electromechanical hardware projects.
- Proven expertise in systems engineering, design verification, and test & evaluation processes.
- Strong project management skills, including Agile or similar iterative development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, driving performance and professional development.
- Excellent problem‑solving aptitude with a track record of delivering innovative solutions under minimal supervision.
