About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC logic for production lines using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Integrate SCADA systems to monitor and control plant processes, ensuring real‑time data availability.
- Develop and maintain HMI interfaces for operators, improving usability and reducing downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Lead small project teams, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and SCADA integration.
- Proficiency in HMI design and industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, OPC UA).
- Hands‑on troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
