About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit complete tender packages for building projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Analyze and organize tender documents, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop cost estimates and detailed quantity take‑offs, supporting bid pricing and value engineering.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical queries and maintain alignment throughout the tender process.
- Maintain a repository of technical documentation, standards, and reference material for future project use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–10+ years of hands‑on experience in estimation and tender preparation for civil infrastructure/building projects.
- Proficiency with cost estimation tools, BOQ preparation, and CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality technical documentation.
