About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end enablement programs that empower field engineering teams to deploy Neo4j solutions across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to translate complex graph concepts into actionable training and best‑practice playbooks.
- Lead program metrics, track adoption, and iterate on content to ensure measurable impact on customer outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and on‑site sessions, tailoring content to technical audiences and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback to influence product roadmap and support strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technical or engineering context.
- Deep understanding of graph databases, Neo4j, and data modeling principles.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technical training or enablement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Experience working with AI or knowledge‑graph solutions is highly desirable.
