Software Engineer
Lead technical enablement for a conversational AI platform, driving adoption, integration, and best practices across voice, chat, and messaging channels using Python, AWS, and NLP technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical enablement programs that accelerate customer onboarding and integration of the conversational AI platform across voice, chat, email, SMS, and other channels.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and best‑practice guides.
- Lead workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one sessions to educate clients on API usage, NLP model tuning, and AWS deployment strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points, propose feature enhancements, and refine enablement content.
- Serve as a technical advocate, troubleshooting complex integration issues and providing actionable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, or a similar role within SaaS or AI platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway), and conversational AI/NLP concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and delivering live training sessions.
- Project management skills and a proactive, customer‑centric mindset.
