Technical Enablement Director

As a Technical Enablement Director at Sentry, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of technical enablement strategies to drive adoption and proficiency of key technologies across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical skill gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to address them. This includes creating and delivering training content, developing technical documentation, and providing hands-on support to teams.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and for identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to drive business value. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of technical enablement programs and making recommendations for improvement.
