Program Manager
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical learning programs for engineering, AI, machine learning, and data teams, collaborating with experts and senior leaders to drive skill development and organizational impact.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage technical education programs across engineering, AI, machine learning, and data domains.
- Partner with subject‑matter experts and senior leadership to define learning objectives, curricula, and delivery formats.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time program delivery.
- Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders—including product, engineering, and HR—to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical training or education programs, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data engineering concepts and their practical applications.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging curricula and learning experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile or similar frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
