About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team, ensuring high-quality geotechnical and geo-structures solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement technical strategies, standards, and best practices to support project delivery and business growth.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating innovative technologies and sustainable design principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering with a strong focus on geo-structures.
- Proven leadership and project management skills in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Deep understanding of sustainable design practices and regulatory frameworks in Western Canada.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional engineering registration preferred.
