Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for blockchain and smart contract development across the organization.
- Architect and oversee secure, scalable Ethereum and Hyperledger deployments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering best practices in Solidity, smart contract audits, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to align blockchain solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimizing performance, cost, and security for blockchain workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, and smart contract security.
- Proven track record in designing and scaling cloud‑native blockchain architectures on AWS.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large engineering teams and driving product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
