About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality meet client expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams on Scrum best practices.
- Collaborate with technical architects to define solution design, architecture, and integration points.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests, providing proactive mitigation and escalation paths.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project status and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or program management within software or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks and experience leading Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
