About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide transparent status reporting, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to align delivery with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or program management within a digital environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, multi‑phase projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
