About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for government technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope completion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, compliance) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Apply Agile Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery velocity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing transparent status updates and risk mitigation plans to senior executives and government partners.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in technical delivery, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or program management, preferably in a government or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with proven Scrum Master or similar facilitation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and deliver measurable business value.
- Knowledge of government acquisition processes and compliance standards is a plus.
