About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical expertise during the sales cycle, advising internal teams and customers on product capabilities and solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to develop tailored solutions and training materials.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices with the broader support community.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product development, gathering feedback to influence future enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or customer engineering within a precision instrumentation or fluid management environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, firmware, and software issues.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
