The Technical Course Developer plays a key role on the Platform Training Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training programs for a diverse Department of Defense (DoD) audience including Range Engineers and other PCTE users that support the world’s largest cyber range: the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE). In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, creativity, and experience to gather, manage, and deliver instructional content. You will also recommend courseware solutions that align with customer needs and meet contractual content development requirements.

This position is located onsite in Hanover, MD.

• Create, update, and maintain technical training materials, courses, and curriculum for PCTE users.
• Develop curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and self-paced.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including government personnel and contractors, to gather requirements and ensure training materials align with mission and PCTE platform needs.
• Write clear and concise technical documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Employ rapid and agile techniques and processes to create content for a frequently changing environment.
• Use a variety of tools and technologies to create and deliver technical documentation.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate relevant training methodologies and tools into the training curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate course effectiveness through survey data analysis.
• Lead the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.
