Our Workflow Consulting team works across diverse industries to identify inefficiencies and build high-impact solutions, ranging from software implementation and system integration to custom-built web applications from the ground up.
The Role
We are looking for a Technical Consulting Manager who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, project management, and technical solution design. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants and developers, ensuring that our clients receive elegant, scalable solutions while your team stays supported and challenged.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communications: A big value Praece provides to clients is timely responsive communication, we don’t leave clients waiting or wondering what the status of a project is. This doesn’t mean every project is urgent, but it does mean we keep clients (over) informed on timelines and project status. It also includes meeting with clients (virtually and in-person) when needed for projects.
- Team Leadership: As leader of the Praece Flow team your job is to give our diverse team of technical consultants what they need to be successful. That means helping teams with project management, technical questions and just generally making sure they have what they need to keep projects on track. This includes tasking and scheduling projects for both you and your team.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and meet our high standards for quality.
- Solutions Architecture: Act as the lead consultant for clients, helping them diagnose workflow bottlenecks and designing technical roadmaps (integrations, custom scripts, or full web apps).
- Technical Oversight: While you may not be coding all day, you must speak the language. Our solutions are primarily built using Python and Node.js, and you will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility and excellence.
- Team Management: Over time, as you take over leadership responsibilities, you’ll take over performance reviews, 1:1s, and general career progression for the Praece Flow team members.
