About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission patient monitoring equipment at hospital sites.
- Deliver on‑site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, engineering, and service teams to ensure optimal system performance and patient safety.
- Document service activities, create technical reports, and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Maintain compliance with medical device regulations and safety standards during all service activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with installation, configuration, and support of medical or patient monitoring devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clinicians, technicians, and cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
