About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical liaison for German‑speaking trading clients, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to trading platforms, APIs, and data feeds, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement enhancements and new features.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and recommend optimizations using SQL and Python scripts.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct client training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical client support within the financial trading domain.
- Strong knowledge of trading systems, APIs, and data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
