Lead the translation of business needs into technical solutions, driving product development and maintenance with a focus on data‑driven decision making and agile delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate high‑level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze scope changes, assess impact, and negotiate trade‑offs to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation and thorough testing of features.
- Maintain product backlogs, prioritize work items, and support sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Produce and maintain UML diagrams, process flows, and data models to support clear communication across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership within a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools to extract insights and validate requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience creating UML diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.
