About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and create visualizations in Tableau to support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain data models that reflect current and future business processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a technology‑focused environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience creating dashboards and reports with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
