About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for transport system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear backlog prioritisation and sprint delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimise operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex, data‑rich environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of transport or public‑sector systems is an advantage.
