Technical Business Analyst focused on designing scalable workflows and evaluating system architecture, leveraging SQL, Python, AWS, REST APIs, and UML to bridge business, product, and engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for product and engineering teams.
- Design and document end‑to‑end workflows, using UML diagrams and process maps to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions, including integration with existing systems and cloud services such as AWS.
- Collaborate with data teams to develop SQL queries and Python scripts that support reporting, data validation, and automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint review support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and REST API integration.
- Experience designing workflows and documenting system architecture using UML or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and cloud‑native architecture patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
