Technical Business Analyst driving data‑driven decisions for a global NaaS leader, leveraging SQL, cloud platforms, and agile practices to translate complex network requirements into actionable solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for network and cloud services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to design and refine NaaS solutions, using SQL to extract and interpret data insights.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track service performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Act as a liaison between technical stakeholders and non‑technical clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a technology or networking environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking fundamentals.
- Experience working in agile/scrum teams and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
