Motivated intern to support technology implementation by documenting requirements, creating BRDs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Draft and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and use‑case scenarios.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions, including testing and user acceptance support.
Requirements
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
