About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with insurance clients to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Design and maintain data models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and data extracts to support analysis, reporting, and solution validation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to keep delivery on track.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments and using related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
